One side of natural products is that some products have a shorter shelf life than conventional cosmetics. We usually try to indicate the best before date if it expires in under 3 months so that you are aware to use it immediately. These are only two examples of our understanding of transparency.

We know that it is challenging for our brands to find the right packaging that will keep the products fresh and is environmental friendly at the same time. We are looking out for brands that care and reduce waste wherever possible, source their ingredients sustainably and thereby support local communities and the environment.

Our own packaging is made of environmental friendly materials and we use packing peanuts made of corn starch that are compostable or can be dissolved in water. No harm done.

We let you choose if you would like your goods delivered in a reused box. Reused boxes are boxes and packing material that have been sent to us by suppliers, partners, etc. This helps to create less waste and gives new life to a box. We only reuse clean material and our priority is that the goods will not be damaged. Therefore we cannot always guarantee your choice but try our best to fulfil your wish.
